Understand your component and process

We study your component drawing, current operation, tolerances, cycle time target and production volume. We ask the questions most machine suppliers skip.

Feasibility and concept design

Our engineers propose a machine concept — tooling arrangement, fixture design, motion sequence, automation level — and review it with you before any metal is cut.

Build and prove at our facility

The machine is built and run at our Peenya facility using your actual components. You witness the trial and accept only when the machine meets your specification.

Commission and support

ETA commissions the machine at your site, trains your operators, and stays available for the machine's full service life — spare parts, AMC, remote support.
