ETA machines are built to last. And we have service programmes to make sure they do — maintenance contracts, repairs, upgrades, spare parts and remote support for the full operational life of every machine we make.
Get in touch about your machine →An ETA Annual Maintenance Contract gives you a planned, predictable approach to keeping your machines in peak condition. Rather than reacting to breakdowns, we schedule preventive inspections, identify wear before it becomes failure, and respond quickly when something does go wrong.
Our engineers know your machine inside out — because we built it. That means faster diagnosis, the right spare parts in stock, and maintenance carried out to the original specification. Not by a third party working from a manual.
Choose the level of cover that suits your production environment and risk tolerance. All AMC tiers include access to ETA's Remote Support System (ERS) for software and configuration issues.
Enquire about an AMC →Scheduled preventive maintenance visits, inspection reports, priority response to breakdowns and ERS remote support. Labour included; parts charged separately.
Everything in Essential, plus spare parts coverage for wear items and consumables. The most popular choice for production-critical machines where unplanned costs are a concern.
3–5 year contract with fixed pricing, predictable budgeting and extended SLA commitments. Includes operator refresher training and annual machine health scoring.
ETA advises all customers to follow the preventive maintenance schedule in the instruction manual. But even well-maintained machines can need unscheduled attention. When that happens, our service team diagnoses, repairs and returns your machine to OEM specification — not a compromised workaround.
We carry spare parts for every machine we have built. For older machines, our engineering team can manufacture parts that are no longer commercially available. No machine you bought from ETA will be stranded for lack of a spare.
Remote diagnosis via ETA's Remote Support System is available before an on-site visit — in many cases we can resolve software, configuration and minor calibration issues without a technician travelling to your site.
Call, email or WhatsApp us. Our service team will ask questions to understand the fault and attempt remote resolution via ERS before dispatching an engineer.
If a site visit is needed, our engineer arrives with relevant spare parts based on the remote diagnosis. Downtime between fault and resolution is minimised.
All repairs are carried out to the original machine specification — correct parts, correct procedures, correct verification tests before sign-off.
We provide a written root cause report and, where relevant, recommendations to prevent recurrence — helping your maintenance team avoid the same failure in future.
Older PLC or relay-logic control systems upgraded to modern IPC-based systems with real-time data logging, remote monitoring and Industry 4.0 connectivity.
Add remote monitoring, OEE dashboards, process data logging and cloud connectivity to existing ETA machines — without replacing the machine.
Add robot loading/unloading, vision systems, auto de-flash or component transfer to machines originally supplied in semi-automatic configuration.
When your production requirements change, ETA will assess and buy back machines originally supplied by us — at a fair valuation against the cost of a new or upgraded machine.
ETA has been continuously developing its machine technology since 1991. Many of those advances can be retrofitted to machines already in the field — extending their productive life, improving their capabilities, and protecting your original capital investment.
Whether it's adding real-time weld data logging to an older friction welder, retrofitting a modern IPC control system to a test rig, or extending a machine to handle a wider range of component sizes — we can assess what is feasible and give you an honest proposal.
Upgrades are designed, manufactured and installed by the same engineering team that built your machine. The result is a machine that performs and is supported to the current standard — not a patchwork from a third party.
